We ship via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail service. Once your order ships, it will arrive at your door in either 1, 2 or 3 days depending on your location in the U.S.

Most U.S. orders can be expected within 5-8 business days. Please note that free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error or a damaged product, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
PremierLook.com is not responsible for return orders that may be damaged or lost in transit. We strongly suggest using a shipping provider that offers tracking and insurance. Please retain your shipping receipt for proof.
Reward points are non-refundable for returned items.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
