We no longer are able to ship internationally. All shipments must be within the contintental USA.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the purchase date. We are more then happy to go over your concerns and chat with you about the best way to get the most out of your products. Also, any damaged, defective, or wrong products received MUST be returned within our 30 day policy or we can not replace them for you.
If we can’t make this product work for you, we’re more than happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the item. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase. At this time, we can only accept returns/exchanges on three individual items in any 365-day period. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed. If you decide to return the opened item, you will get a store credit. No refunds on opened items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping is Non Refundable. Also, ALL makeup items returned will be given store credit only. We have no way to tell if it has been used so any makeup item returned whether used or not will only be eligible for store credit. No refunds on any makeup returns.

We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error or a damaged product, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If you did not include the correct shipping information and the package is marked as undeliverable or is returned to sender, then the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to reship the package and there is a $10 service fee included. So please be sure to include all the correct shipping info to avoid any fees.
Reward points are non-refundable for returned items.
If you have made a return on an unopened item, you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
